New Customer Care and Billing System

As from 15.5.2008 the Electricity Authority of Cyprus has introduced a new Customer Care and Billing
System. By using this new system, the customer service standards of EAC will be greatly improved.

Also, by utilising the features of the new system, the following can be quickly and successfully achieved:

  • New, simplified electricity bill
  • Service charges-Credits-Balance Transfers
  • Collections-Payments-Refunds
  • Cancellations-Revised Bills
  • Reissuing of bills
  • Bank Orders-Payment Orders from various payroll systems
  • New Connections, Reconnections and Disconnections
  • Change of Tariff
  • Additional Load
  • Meter and Meter Reading Management
     

In addition, this new system has the ability to offer web services that will provide customers through the web with billing and consumption details, personal information changes etc.

Since this is a new logistic system there is a possibility to face some minor problems during its implementation. In such case the EAC asks for your understanding and patience.
