 Bill Payment Methods

Bills are dispatched by post to all urban, suburban and major rural areas. For small rural areas, EAC dispatches bills through the local Co-Operative Societies and in areas where there are no Co-Operative Socieries dispatching of bills is performed by EAC personnel.
Bills may be settled in one of the following ways:

1. At our Customer Service Centers or by Post

Present your Bill to one of our Customer Service Centers along with your payment in cash or by cheque or mail your Bill along with your payment by check or postal order (please do not mail cash). Cheques and postal orders should be made payable to the "ELECTRICITY AUTHORITY OF CYPRUS" and crossed "Account Payee only".

2. At a Bank or Co-Operative Society

Present your Bill on or prior to the Due Date (as indicated on the Bill) at a bank or Co-Operative Society along with full payment by cash or cheque of the total amount due.

3. By Direct Debit of your Bank or Co-op Account

Complete a Direct Debit Authorization Form with the Bank or Co-op Society you hold an account. Your bill will be settled automatically based on information provided by EAC to your Bank or Co-op Society, while you will be advised of your bill by post. The Direct Debit Authorization Form is available at all EAC Customer Service Centres.

4. Special Arrangements

Arrangements may be made with large organizations whereby bills may be settled by direct deduction from the employee's (customer's) salary.

5. Advance Payments

Advanced payments against account are accepted at any of our Customer Service Centers. For this purpose your EAC customer account is required.

6. Payment with bank card

We accept  bill payments with a bank card at all EAC Customer Service Centers and through the EAC website.
