QUALITY ASSURANCE FUNCTION  

In its desire to give emphasis to the continuous improvement of its customer service EAC has proceeded with certification of all its Areas including the Customer Service Centers in line with the specification ISO 9001 in the area of customer service. It is notable that Larnaca – Famagusta Area is fully certified in all its procedures. 

In accordance with our Quality Policy our aim is:

«… the continuous improvement of the service levels in the sphere of our activities, the increase in productivity, the improvement of the service quality and the reduction of costs via the application of improved systems and management procedures abiding at the same time with all legal and other requirements. We have organized a structured             Quality Assurance System, which aims at functionality as well as quality improvement». 

In order to achieve the aim:

  • Current procedures are frequently inspected (both internally by the Local Quality Assurance Function as well as by external inspectors Cyprus Certification Company) in order to ensure that they respond to their aim and that they are renewed where necessary.
  • At great effort a record and minutes of all activities, meetings and decisions are maintained for correct documentation and better organization.
  • Personnel is encouraged to submit its own suggestions in all matters pertaining to them, and we are also receptive to comments and recommendations by their customers.
  • Meetings are organized with the personnel and quality circles are implemented as well as other tools for problem solving and for continuous improvement.
  • A system is in place for dealing with customer complaints.
  • In all our deliberations we set targets in order to achieve the best possible customer service within a reasonable framework.
  • We take care that our spaces as well as our customer services are in line with the expectations of our customers.
  • We monitor the legal framework pertaining to our activities and we enforce the requisite measures to the satisfaction of the Laws/ Regulations. 

With the applications of the quality system, we are hopeful that we shall be in a position to satisfy the continuously increasing requirement of our customers by always affording to them high quality services in time with their expectations.
