The research project entitled Development of an industrial Lean H2 DeNOx technology (ΥΔΡΟΝΟΧ) was funded by the Research Promotion Foundation with 75.000 Cyprus Pounds. The research contract (Contract No: ΤΕΧΝΟ/603/10) has been signed by EAC for a period of 2 1/2 years (June 2004 - December 2006). 

The main objective of this project was the development of an industrial Η2 Lean de-NOx catalyst, the design and installation of a pilot unit and the transfer of knowledge of new abatement technologies in Cyprus industry. EAC co-ordinator was Dr. Andreas Poullikkas. This research project has been successfully completed.
