Changing to Serve You Better

The Famagusta-Larnaca Area Office and Customer Service Centre have moved into a new EAC-owned building

As part of its efforts aimed at the expansion and continuous improvement of the services it offers consumers, the Electricity Authority of Cyprus (EAC) is transferring its Famagusta-Larnaca Area Office and Customer Service Centre to its own new building at the city entrance, next to the Saint George Lyceum. Its new address is 95, Grivas Dighenis Avenue, 6043 Larnaca.

The new, green energy EAC building, with its modern look and excellent construction standards, meets all the technological and environmental challenges of our times. It offers improved functionality, easy parking access and a comfortable customer service area.

The task of transferring to the new building will begin of Wednesday, 31 March and will be completed on Sunday, 4 April 2021. For this reason, the EAC offices and Customer Service Centre in Larnaca will be closed on Friday, 2 April. The Area Office and Customer Service Centre will reopen in the new building on the morning of Monday, 5 April 2021.

It should be noted that technical/emergency crews will continue to work normally, as will the Paralimni Customer Service Centre.

Online service is always available to EAC customers, while information on EAC Supply bills can be obtained by calling 1818 and the Contact Centre (1800) is the number to call regarding power grid issues.

We apologize for any inconvenience and thank consumers for their understanding. We are constantly striving to improve and to provide service of the highest standard.
