No bill payments at EAC Customer Service Centres

​Considering the health of EAC's employees and customers as its top priority and aiming to help contain the spread of COVID-19, EAC wishes to inform the public that its Customer Service Centres will not be accepting electricity bill payments. This measure begins on Monday, 16 March 2020 and will remain in force until Monday, 23 March inclusive, in order to take further steps to ensure the safety of EAC customers and personnel. At the same time, during this period, EAC will not disconnect any supply due to non-payment of bills.

 

Given this situation, customers may pay their bills in any of the following ways:

·        Via the EAC website (www.eac.com.cy), under 'Supply'. Select 'Bill Payment Methods'.

·        Via the free EAC Mobile App. 

·         Via their bank's website. 

·        Via their bank's ATMs.

To pay a bill online, you need:

  • The EAC bill number,
  • The exact amount, and
  • The 3-digit code.

This information is contained in the removable invoice part of your EAC bill.
