​In accordance with the measures being taken by the State to protect citizens' health and contain the spread of COVID-19, EAC announces that its Customer Service Centres (CSCs) will not be open to the public until 16 April 2020.    

Until then, customers can obtain online or telephone assistance as follows:

Bill Payments

EAC bills can be paid in any of the following ways:

1.    By credit/debit card

§  Via the EAC website: www.eac.com.cy

§  Via the free EAC Mobile App 

§  Via your bank's website  

To pay a bill online, you need:

• The EAC bill number,
• The exact amount, and
• The 3-digit code.

This information is contained in the removable invoice part of your EAC bill.

2.    With a transfer via e-banking

It is essential to note the bill number which is printed on the removable invoice part of your EAC bill.
