EAC Customer Service Centres: Fewer visits, greater protection

Pay your bill online for e​ase and safety

Due to the outbreak of COVID-19 in Cyprus and the emergency measures being implemented by the State, EAC urges consumers to restrict their visits to its Customer Service Centres (CSC) to those that are absolutely necessary. Our shared objective is to protect the health of our customers and our personnel.

In this context, it is recommended that you pay your electricity bills online. This can be done by credit/debit card via the EAC website (www.eac.com.cy) under 'Supply' by selecting 'Bill Payment Methods', or via your bank's website.

Please note that to pay a bill online, you need:

  • The EAC bill number,
  • The exact amount, and
  • The 3-digit code.

This information is contained in the removable invoice part of your EAC bill.

EAC is taking all the appropriate steps to protect people's health and contain the spread of COVID-19 and is fully implementing the directives of the Ministry of Health and other competent bodies. Additionally, to protect the CSCs and help stop the spread of the virus, all CCS premises will be thoroughly disinfected, while single-use gloves, masks and antiseptics are available to members of staff and special security screens will be installed immediately.
