Obtain service online or by telephone from the comfort and safety of your own home!
In the context of the latest decisions by the Council of Ministers to contain the spread of COVID-19, EAC Supply wishes to inform consumers that its Customer Service Offices will continue to operate with the full implementation of all measures necessary to protect everyone's health.
At the same time, EAC Supply urges its customers to obtain service and settle their bills either online or by phone from the comfort and safety of their own home. The EAC website lists all the contact telephone numbers, e-mail addresses and fax numbers of the Area Supply Offices. Furthermore, customers may call 1818 about any issue related to their EAC electricity bills.
Bills can be paid in any of the following ways:
- Online, using a credit or debit card
- Via the EAC website: www.eac.com.cy
- Via the free EAC Mobile App
- Via the website of the customer's bank
- By calling a Customer Service Office
- By direct debit
In cases where customers are unable to obtain online or telephone service, EAC Customer Service Offices remain open, with all Ministry of Health guidelines in place. Special protective screens have been installed at all points of contact with the public and there is strict adherence to social distancing of 2 metres and the maximum number of people permitted to enter, in accordance with the rule of 1 person per 10 square metres of space.
It its efforts to keep us all safe, EAC asks for the understanding of customers as regards the longer time required for service, which may occur particularly when settling bills. In the present difficult circumstances, EAC is doing everything possible to provide the fastest service to its customers.
