​During these times of great difficulty, EAC stands beside all those affected by the deadly fire that swept through the mountainous regions of the Limassol and Larnaca districts. From the first moment, EAC's technical crews and specialist teams were on the front line, reconnecting power and repairing extensive damage. 

At the same time, in an effort to provide immediate support to those affected, EAC Supply, took the following decisions, with immediate effect: 

·         For the next period, no electricity supplies will be cut to their premises due to unpaid bills.

·         Every possible facility for settling bills will be provided.

In cases of the total destruction by the fire of premises or water pumps, affected consumers should send an e-mail to supplylim@eac.com.cy containing the name printed on their electricity bill, their account number and a contact phone number. Alternatively, they can call 25205007 or 25205254 to cancel their present Electricity Supply contract so as to avoid any inconvenience or unwanted charges. Our customer service officers will answer any electricity supply questions they may have.
