Further Measures to Prevent the Spread of the Pandemic

As we are all aware, in recent days there has been a significant increase in the number of positive COVID-19 cases in Cyprus and across the world. To prevent the further spread of the pandemic, in addition to the new measures contained in the latest Ministry of Health decree, EAC Supply wishes to inform the public and its customers that, as well as the mandatory wearing of face masks and having temperatures taken, entry to EAC Customer Service Centres (CSC) will be permitted only to those presenting an up-to-date Safe Pass. This measure was decided on to ensure the smooth operation of the Organisation, which is an essential service responsible for the uninterrupted supply of electricity.

It is noted that EAC Customer Service Centres (CSC) strictly implement all the government guidelines aimed at protecting people's health and, as such, this may lead to longer waiting times. In this context, EAC Supply urges its customers to restrict CSC visits to those that are absolutely necessary and reminds them that they can obtain service online and by telephone. Additionally, for all queries about EAC electricity bills, they may call 1818. The goal of all is to protect the health of customers and EAC personnel alike.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
