Mass Installation of Smart Meters – May - June 2025

 The Electricity Authority of Cyprus announces that from Tuesday 27/05/2025 until mid-June, in addition to the areas mentioned in the press releases dated 09/05/2025 and 19/05/2025, the mass installation of smart meters continues in all Regions in the following areas:

Nicosia:               Strovolos

                              Area between Athalassa Avenue, Acropolis Avenue, Ifigenias and Armenias Streets and Limassol Avenue

                              Between Ifigenia, Armenia, Arsinoe Streets and Acropolis Avenue

                              Between Nikis and Kyriakou Matsi Avenues and Archbishop Makarios III Hospital

                              From 02/06/2025 with single-phase meters in the following areas

                              Lakatamia

                              Jumbo department store area

                              Area between Spyros Kyprianou Avenue to the Lakatamia Community Swimming Pool

                             Area on either side of the Pedieos River between Spyros Kyprianou

                             Avenue and Agiou Georgiou Street

                             Strovolos

                             Area between Spyros Kyprianou Avenue, Strovolos Avenue and Machairas and Kantara Streets

Limassol:            St. Athanasios Industrial Area

                              St. Athanasios

                              Southeast of the Industrial Area between the motorway and Vasileos Georgios A' Street (Coastal Road)

Larnaca:             Area from the Castle to Mackenzie Beach, between Piale Passia Street, Faneromenis Avenue and Artemis Avenue

                             Also from 02/06/2025 in the following areas

Famagusta:       Paralimni

                             Both sides of 1st April Avenue from the height of Kokkinos Supermarket to the roundabout towards Deryneia

                             Protaras

                            Coastal Protaras - Cape Greco Avenue

                            from the height of the end of Protaras Avenue to the Narcissos Hotel

Paphos:             Northwest of Stelios Kyriakides Stadium

                            Between Athens Avenue, Georgios Grivas Digenis Avenue, 1st April Street, Kinyra, Ampelokipoi, Alexandros Papagos Street and Dimokratias                              Avenue

We remind you that in order to safely replace the meter, the supply will be interrupted for a period of time that is not expected to exceed 20 minutes. The Authority apologizes for any inconvenience.
